A copper alloy Iron Age cruciform plate brooch dating to c 200BC - AD 43. The brooch is incomplete as the pin and part of the catchplate are missing. The brooch comprises a central, sub-circular dome (11.85mm in diameter) with four circular knops domes projecting from the main body at each cardinal point. Complete but worn copper-alloy mount of later Medieval to early Post Medieval date c.1400-1600. The mount consists of a sub-rectangular plate with a raised moulded design on the front and three attachment prongs on the reverse. The design is symmetrical and consists of a central square and to either side of this an open sub-circular loop and forming each terminal a triangle. There are traces of a white metal coating on the surface, probably tinning or silvering. See LEIC-6AFEE1 for a more well-preserved example of a similar type of mount.

An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy bar mount (c. 1150-c. 1450). The central part of this mount is oval in plan, domed at the front and concave at the rear. Medieval gilt copper alloy buckle, with an oval frame (16mm x 20.5mm), offset narrowed bar with D-sectioned pin. Rectangular plate, bent (unbent length 44.5mm x 15mm), folded widthways with a rectangular slot for the pin and constricted for the frame, narrowed and shortened on the reverse (length 13mm). Pierced by three rivet-holes, each with copper alloy rivet, engraved rocker-arm border. Combined length (unbent) 59mm. Cf. A copper-alloy openwork strap end dating to the second or third century AD. The strap end possesses an attachment loop which is rectangular in plan. This extends to an openwork body comprising two opposing trumpet or 'comma' shaped motifs with circular perforations. Beyond the trumpet motifs, there is a collar and with the strap end terminating in an elongated oval end knop. The strap end measures 38mm in length, 9mm in width and a thickness of 3mm.
