The object has a hexagonal bezel, integral to the hoop, containing a light blue stone, probably a sapphire. The bezel is faceted, with some bevelling on the lower surface around a flat base. The bezel measures 8.50mm in width and 10.11mm in length. The hoop is oval and is misshaped due to damage. The hoop consists of a thin strip of gold.
