A borer or piercer fabricated on a secondary flake of honey-coloured flint. The flake is sub-triangular in plan with both ventral and dorsal faces displaying ripples of percussion in the same direction. No bulb of percussion is evident as this has been lost due to further rework. The narrowest part of the flake is at the proximal end and has been worked into a point using short, scaled, semi-abrupt retouch along its edges.The tip of the point has had two spalls removed at approximately 45 degrees to the vertical plane to produce a chisel-like point with two facets.
