Medieval silver open-framed brooch. Sub-circular frame, flat on the reverse, cast in low relief on the front in the form of two addorsed birds, with their tails intertwined in a knot terminating in a rounded 'brambled' knop on the outer edge of the frame, their curved bodies forming the sides of the brooch, their heads turned back so their beaks meet above the piercing for the pin attachment. A section of Medieval-Post Medieval copper alloy chainmail, dating 15th-16th century. The links are all formed from copper alloy wire, which have been bent into loops. At one end there is a lump of concretion and iron corrosion which appears to be rectangular. This suggests it may have been in contact with an iron object whilst deposited. Most links have a mid-dark brown pattination with some having red iron corrosion product on them. Dimensions: length: 76.49 mm; average diameter: 7.28 mm; total weight: 5.00g.

Four links of Medieval copper alloy chain mail, dating to the 14th century. One of the links is riveted and two are solidly cast (penannular in shape). The riveted links has been broken and bent outwards and has the rivet in situ. They have a light brown - mid grey pattination. An example of mail armour with alternating riveted and cast links can be found in the British Museum (1856,0701.2244) and is on an example of from the Tower of Londont hat dates to the 14th century. An incomplete, cast copper alloy Roman spoon dating from AD 100 - 410. The surviving portion consists of part of the handle and part of the pear-shaped spoon bowl. The handle is flattened, taller than it is wide, of rectangular section and tapers away from the bowl. At the bowl end, the handle has an integral semi-circular curved and offset neck that connects the handle to the bowl. There is no decoration. Half of a Post Medieval lead alloy musket ball, dating to the 18th centuty. The shot would have been spherical and has been intentionally cut in half. It has a mid-light grey pattination. Half and quartered musket balls are found from 18th century contexts and are believed to have been produced to generate a spraying action when fired from a rifle (Sivilich, 2005, 15). A cast copper alloy hooked tag of Post-Medieval date, AD 1550 - 1700. The body is oval in shape, with an integral, trapezoidal attachment loop at one end and a backward curved hook, tapering to a point, at the other. The underside of the body is concave and the upper side carries a design in relief of a female bust facing left within a beaded border. The design is correct when the hook is at the top.
