An incomplete and worn Roman cast copper-alloy trumpet brooch (AD 75-175). The pin and mechanism are missing. This brooch is strongly arched in side profile. The head is trumpet shaped and has an incomplete integral lug behind which held the pin mechanism. Decoration on the head is barely visible due to wear. However, two pointed-oval cells for eyes can be seen, one at each side. Each eye would have probably been filled with decorative material, but none has survived. An incomplete Early-Medieval copper-alloy pin. The tip of the pin is missing part of the shaft and the tip due to old breaks, now worn. The head is a flattened bi-conical in shape with a flattened hexagonal top. It is decorated with eight ring and dot motifs, four on the top of the head and four below. At its base is a small transverse collar. The shaft is cylindrical in form before terminating in old breaks. An incomplete Early Medieval copper-alloy pin. Only the head and a fragment of the shaft survive, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn. The head is polyhedral, a cube with the corners cut off and has thirteen faces. The faces are worn but ring and dot motif is present on at least one face. At its base is a small transverse collar. The object is covered with black enamel and is divided into five compartments by zigzag lines each of which is filled with a raised white pellet. The open end has four white pellet blobs.
