Copper alloy asymmetrical buckle 1660 - 1720 AD. The buckle has moulded transverse collars on the outer edge of each loop. Concave sides with 2 moulded roundels around the spindle holes. The buckle is broken and the chape and tongue are missing. The length is 28mm, the width is 23mm and the weight 4.51g. Very similar to No 622 in Whtehead. R. 2003. Buckles 1250 - 1800. Greenlight. Witham, Essex.

A Medieval copper alloy and enamelled heraldic horse harness pendant and pendant hanger (c. 1200-1400). The pendant consists of a copper alloy heraldic shield which is decorated with blue enamelling, forming two raised diagonal lines which run from the top left of the shield to the lower half of the opposite edge. A Modern cast copper alloy S-shaped belt fasterner of probable nineteenth to twentieth century date. The strap fitting measures 43.3mm by 23.5 mm by 4.3 mm and weighs 12.43g. An incomplete Roman copper alloy headstud brooch, dating to the late 1st - early 2nd century AD. The brooch has a rectangular shaped bow and a rounded knop at the foot. There is a short cylindrical crossbar at the top with traces of an integral suspension loop, which is now no longer present. There is a slit in the back of the crossbar where the pin would have been. The piece is oval in section, flatter on the outer and inner faces and narrows and thins from 4.2mm across by 3.1mm thick at the centre to 1.1mm across by 1.7mm thick at the inner of the overlapping ends. Two complete lead alloy Post Medieval musket balls, with attached sprue and casting waste, dating to AD 1600 - 1800. The balls are sub-spherical, with sub-cyclindrical sprues extending from the top of each ball, casting seams are visible on both the shots and the sprue. The sprues are connected to a sub-rectangular, flat piece of casting waste, which is sub-triangular in cross-section. Overall, it is light grey in colour and has an uneven and pitted surface. It measures 26.5 mm in length, 9.7 mm wide, 18.0 mm thick and weighs 17.8 g.
