A Roman ceramic rim fragment from a bowl of unclassified type (AD 43-409). The rim is everted and the grey fabric is tempered with finely crushed flint. It has traces of burnishing on the outer face. When complete, the outer diameter of the rim would have been about 16.0cm. The breaks are abraded. A surface find in the inter-tidal zone. Height: 24.0mm; width: 69.4mm; thickness at rim: 4.2mm. Weight: 16.39g.

An incomplete post-Medieval cast lead or lead alloy circular double-sided token (c. 1500-c. 1850). Powell Type 2. The token has raised initial letters: T C on one side and H A on the other side. This token is grey with off-white corrosion products. Diameter: 24.3mm. Weight: 6.08g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of potential uses such as tallies, gaming pieces, tickets, weights, etc. and are believed to have been locally produced; they are therefore difficult to date precisely.
