An incomplete silver radiate of Otacilia Severa dated to AD 244-249 (Reece Period 12) OTACIL S[EVERA AVG], diademed & draped bust right on crescent / P M TR [ P III or IIII or V COS or COS II or COS III P P], Felicitas standing facing, head left, long caduceus in right hand, cornucopiae in left. This coin is a hybrid, combining the obverse of Otacilia Severa (see RIC IV, pt 3, p. 82, no. 115 for an example) with a reverse of Philip I, her husband (AD 244-49) (see RIC IV, pt 3, pp. 68-9, nos. 3-5).
