A complete cast copper alloy Early-Medieval buckle. It is D shaped and has a strap bar which has the remains of the pin attachment around it. The frame of the buckle thickens at the curve and then narrows slightly before terminating at the strap bar in knops which may represent stylised animal heads- a common feature of buckles of this period. It is oval in section, and there is a dark brown patina on the surface, with patches of green.

A complete cast copper alloy post-medieval harness pendant. It is circular in form with a fleur de lys in the centre. The fleur de lys is attached to the outer circle at the top and sides, and at the bottom is attached via a pair of bifurcating stems. Gaps are left, creating an openwork design. The fleur de lys has some decoration, with grooves where the top leaf joins the side leaves and where the stems join the main fleur. An incomplete copper alloy zoomorphic (bovine) mount of Iron Age to Roman date. The head is cast in three dimensions and is triangular with one downturned horn to each side. A slight protruding knop is present to the top of the head placed centrally between the horns and the reverse has a small triangular depression at its centre. The object is extremely worn rendering any further detail illegible.
The length is 24.54mm, the width is 26.84mm, the thickness is 10.35mm and the weight is 10.86g.

A copper alloy Roman Colchester two-piece brooch, dating from the 1st century AD. Apart from the pin which is missing, the brooch is largely intact, although slightly bent. A copper alloy post medieval crotal bell dating to the period AD c1690-1724. The bell is complete and contains a small ball. The bell is marked with the maker or founder's initials RC for Robert Corr I or II. The bell was made at the Corr foundry in Aldbourne. The bell is spherical with a sub-rectangular hanging loop at the top.

A copper alloy harness pendant dating to c14th century. The pendant is circular in plan with a offset perforated loop extending perpendicularly from the top, the top of the loop is missing. The back of the pendant is smooth and slightly concave. The front of the pendant is decorated with a shield with three chevrons decorated with red (gules) enamel.
The harness pendant 25.15mm in length, 18.8mm wide and weighs 4.39 grams.

Report on a hoard of possible Treasure from Clowne, Derbyshire, 2014 T545
This report concerns a hoard of ten coins found in the parish of Clowne in Derbyshire on August 3rd, 2014. All of the coins were originally minted as silver pennies, but two have been deliberately cut in half for use as halfpennies. The coins were discovered through the metal-detecting of cultivated land in the course of an organised trip by the CTTS metal detecting group.
