A lead modern (AD c.1700-c.1900) Baltic bale seal. The seal is sub-circular and measures 19.7mm long, 17.6mm wide and 5.1mm thick. It weighs 8.98g. It has a piercing for the cord running from one edge to the opposite edge. One face reads: "WLT / 9K". The reverse is damaged but a similar example from North Yorkshire has a shield containing a plain cross with five pellets in each of the upper angles. A lead medieval to post-medieval (AD c.1400 to AD c.1800) uniface token. The token is sub circular in shape and measures 14.2mm in diameter and 1.8mm thick. It weighs 1.58g. The obverse design consists of a four petalled floral design, with a central pellet and a pellet near the edge between each petal. The reverse is undecorated.

A fragment of a copper alloy medieval (AD c.1350-c.1450) double loop sub-oval buckle with separate strap and pin bars, missing its plate and its pin and part of the frame. Overall, the buckle measures 11.4mm long, 17.5mm wide and 2.6mm thick. It weighs 1.31g. The main loop is oval and has a notch for the pin on the pin bar. The strap loop is rectangular and the strap loop is narrowed and offset. cf. Whitehead, 2003, Buckles 1250-1800, p.87, nos.538-9. cf. Mint of Arles RIC VII, p. 262, no. 257. Note there is a dot after CONSTAN in obverse legend. Probably an error. It might be that the die-engraver was about to cut another letter, but realised it needed to be on the right side of the head.

A cast copper alloy brooch dating to the Roman period. The object is probably T-shaped in form. The brooch has long tubular wings. The head is slightly humped and tapers downwards from the centre of the wings. The object terminates with a rounded break which occured during antiquity. At the top of the head are the remains of a rearward facing lug which has been squashed down into the object. The bow is undecorated. An earthenware pottery sherd dating to the Post-Medieval period. The fragment is sub-rectangular in plan with one outer edge remaining. The edge has pie-crust decoration. The fragment is cross-moulded with a white decoration, possibly foliate in design. The fabric is bright orange in colour with no visible inclusions. The internal fabric is bright orange and has been evenly fired. The decorative glaze has been lost. The fragment would have formed part of a plate and can be dated to the 18th century.
