Distorted medieval gilt copper alloy dress hook with one attachment hole near the rounded proximal end. The blunt hook has been bent to an almost straight position. Gilding is restricetd to the very slightly convex front face. Present length 31.3mm. Width 9mm. Thickness 1.7mm. Perhaps 13th or 14th century.

Medieval "shield-shaped" sheet copper alloy strap end with a bar-mount and two rivet holes. Four notches have produced a shape that is a trefoil and not scutiform. The bar-mount, of arched cross-section and with a recess on the underside (cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 738) is attached with a rivet. Between a square rove and the reverse a small piece of textile is preserved. 17.5 x 11mm. Mount 5.7 x 11mm. Second half 14th century.

Incomplete probably Roman silver hair pin, most of the shank missing. The upper half of the biconical head is very uneven, miscast or damaged, while on the lower half a ring of pellets surrounds the springing of the pin. What is left of the shank is badly distorted. No close parallel noted. Diameter of head 7mm. Weight 1.50g. Mid 1st - 4th century.

Copper alloy brooch with enamel inlay. The wings are located right at the end of the head and are circular in section with rearward facing lugs. The edges of the lugs are decorated with a single recessed line and in the centre of the end of one wing there is a slight raised knop visible (perhaps destroyed by corrosion on the other). Incomplete Roman round, gilt copper alloy plate brooch in rather abraded condition, the pin, and parts of the edge, catchplate, single pin lug and centre-boss missing. Mackreth 2011, 162, Type 3.b4. Much of the reverse is obscured by a deposit of corrosion products, rust and mineralised plant material, but tinning is visible. There are two circular zones around the centre, both with closely spaced part-circular stamped impressions (Mackreth 2011, fig. 2 no. 5). Diameter 33.5mm. c.175 - c.300 AD.

Lozenge shaped object, possibly a mount. It is made of sheet silver covering a copper alloy core. A copper alloy rivet is present at both ends. The sheet silver is of moulded design and gilded, and covers one side of the object. In the centre of the relief is a quatrefoil surrounded by a large foliate design. On the reverse side the sheet silver can be seen overlapping the edges. An incomplete copper-alloy double-looped circular buckle frame of Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It is missing the pin. It is oval in section with a flat back face. The front face is decorated with six evenly spaced expanded rosettes or trefoils. The frame between the rosettes is decorated with a series of diagonal grooves. The bar is central and oval in section. This buckle measures 55.42mm in diameter, 5.44mm in thickness, 27.49g in weight. There is a similar example from Norwich (Margeson, 1993, p.29, no. 158). A post-medieval cast lead-alloy imitation of a 8 Reales of Charles III of Spain (1759-88). A casting line is visible around the edge of the coin and the surface is dark grey and pitted.
