A copper alloy as of Hadrian (AD 117-38), probably dating to AD 134-8 (Reece Period 6). The obverse has an illegible legend, but a laureate head or bust right. Although the reverse legend is illegible, this coin is probably one of the ADVENTVS issue struck by Hadrian for the Provinces. The reverse probably shows Hadrian on the right addressing / sacrificing with the personification of the province that would be named in the inscription; there is probably an altar in between them. An incomplete, cast copper alloy button and loop fastener dating from the early Roman period (about AD 50-150). It is of Wild's Type III. It has a teardrop (or petal shaped) head with a central, circular boss surrounded by a raised cordon which is drawn out into a point. There is a small depression in the centre of the boss and the point of the cordon has a sharp, lateral ridge running from the point to the groove surrounding the dome. A base silver Roman coin: a radiate of Carausius, dating from AD 286 - 293 (Reece period 14), PAX AVG, Pax standing left with branch and (vertical) sceptre. Unattributed Mint. The obverse legend appears to be IMP CARAVSIVS P F AV, although there might be a G at the end. A large part of the edge of the coin has been chipped away and is missing. The remaining portion is 23.1mm in diameter and 1.9mm thick. It weighs 3.09gm. This coin has been considered for Sam Moorhead's corpus for RIC.

Copper-alloy folding candleholder dating to the 14th century AD. The holder is a complete sheet with two parts for the stem. The slightly tapered folded cup has a lapped joint and an open bottom. A cast copper alloy palstave adze dating from the Middle Bronze Age, that is c. 1500-1150BC. The body of the adze is long and slender and shaped like a palstave with its cutting edge twisted at 90 degrees. It is complete and in good condition with only some patches of active corrosion. The blade and butt end are intact and most of the original dark olive green patina survives. The find comprises five gold and twelve silver coins; the two 'stray' coins are indicated by asterisks. These two coins, like all but one of the remainder, are issues of Edward III, contemporary with the others and like them of full weight. One has seen some rough usage, but on balance the two were originally associated with the others. There appear to be no associated contemporary finds; sherds of Roman pottery and a copper alloy coin, of 4th-century date, were recovered in the same general area. An incomplete Roman copper alloy colchester-derivative brooch with double-pierced lug dating 43-100 AD. The brooch consists of a cast crossbar and bow, which tapers to the foot. There is a central crest running down the external face of the bow.
