Copper alloy brooch of Colchester derivative, Polden Hill (Mackreth Group 5, flat wing ends type, Western Group), cf. Mackreth 2011, 5.b4.Plate 50. It has rearward facing lugs on either end of the wings which hold the spring support bar, the spring is made from eight curls, the pin is missing. There is a crest at the top of the head, the rear of which is pierced and holds the spring external cord. A band with a narrow wise decorate either wing. A recessed line runs down either side of the bow. The lower part of the bow is missing resulting in the loss of the catch plate. Date 80-120AD.

An incomplete and corroded iron barb-spring padlock of Roman to Medieval date. It is missing part of the padlock case due to old breaks, now worn.
It has a hollow rectangular padlock case. There is a rectangular hole at one end. This contains the remains of a separate iron rectangular bolt. At the opposite end is a sub-circular bar which is turned upwards to form a U-shape.
This padlock measures 110.30mm in length, 57.26mm in width, 23.76m in thickness, 161.89g in weight.

An incomplete Post Medieval copper alloy dress hook of probable c. AD 1600-1700 date. The hook has a rectangular plate and flat in cross section. There is a rectangular attachment perforation at one end of the plate and the remains of the hook shank at the other. The hook has been broken away by an old break. The front surface has been decorated with moulded foliate designs. The reverse is undecorated. No parallels for this decoration have been found but dress hooks with rectangular plates are normally dated to the early Post Medieval period.

The top half of the bow consists of a rectangular panel with triple raised band in the centre, this is flanked by two knops at the lower corners of the panel. A pair of cast copper-alloy dividers of Post-medieval date. They are mathematical or surveyor's dividers and have a globular knopped handle at the hinge. There is a small ridge just below the knop on the outer edge of each of the arms. The upper sections of each arms is flattened and one is recessed to accomodate the other. The arms then become d-shaped in section. There are some decorative facets on the inner edges of the arms near the flattened upper section.
