The weight is conical in shape with circular cross section and a tapering, circular central perforation extending from the top to the bottom of the weight. The weight is 23.64mm tall, diameter of base 25.64mm at the base and the perforation has a maximum diameter of 10.49mm. It weighs 61.00g. An incomplete copper-alloy pin, dating to the Middle Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) period. The pin retains the head and part of the shank. The head is of truncated-globular, or sub-polyhedral form, with a ring-and-dot punchmark occupying each facet. A single collar separates the head from the remains of the circular-sectioned shaft. These pins are well attested to the Middle Saxon period, c. AD 720-850.

A complete flint scraper of Neolithic date (4000-2350 BC). The lithic is sub-ovate in profile and plano in section. The dorsal surface retains a large amount of cortex along the mesial portion and has short, parallel flaking and semi-abrupt retouch along the distal edge. The proximal edge has been abruptly blunted. The ventral surface is smooth with shallow ripples of percussion emanating from the proximal end. The lithic retains a large amount of cortex and is therefore a primary flake. The flint is dark grey, the cortex is a mid-cream in colour.

The ventral surface retains cortex along its distal end and has two predominant negative scars. The lithic retains some cortex and is therefore a secondary flake. The flint is dark grey in colour, the cortex is a light blueish grey in colour.

There is a central triangular plate with a trilobite terminal at one end and two smaller projecting lobes at the other from which extend an integrally cast hook. A cast copper alloy two piece swivel probably dating to the Medieval period. The object has a D-shaped loop which measures 13.48mm in width and a smaller circular loop measuring 8.86mm in diameter. The join between the two loops is oval in section with a collar running around the circumference. The two halves are connected by a socket on the base of the larger loop and a bolt on the top of the smaller loop, the end of which is cone shaped. The collar is decorated with four circumferential grooves. The object has a blackish green patina and is in good condition.

A fragment of a shard from the rim of a vessel, of Roman greyware, dating from AD 43 - 410. The object is curved in profile and the rim is rolled. The fabric is coarse, of a dark grey-brown colour with frequent small inclusions. The internal fabric is the same colour as the external fabric indicating that the vessel was evenly fired. Greyware is a common type of Roman pottery and was common during the 1st and 2nd centuries, but continued in use in some areas into the 4th century.

A cast copper-alloy bridle bit link of Early Medieval date. It has a lozenge shaped terminal at one end which is oval internally and sub-rectangular in section. It has a knob on three of the corners. The fourth corner tapers into a D-section connecting arm with a rounded moulding. Beyond this moulding the arm flares into a circular terminal which is circular internally at the other end which is also sub-rectangular in section.
