A complete fleur-de-lis shaped harness suspension mount of Medieval date. It is D-shaped in section with a flat back face. There is a pair of opposing circular rivet holes, one still containing a separate copper-alloy rivet with a flattened round head. The front face of the fleur is defined by two diagonal grooves. An incomplete Medieval cast copper-alloy prick spur (c. 1250-c. 1350).The goad, neck and part of each of the sides have survived. The sides are sub-oval in cross-section and the neck is lozenge shaped in cross-section. The goad is a square-based pyramid shape. The spur is 26.3mm long, 11mm wide, 2.3mm thick and weighs 19.5 grams. A similar spur has been published: Ellis 1995: 133, fig. 90, ref: 321, in Clarke (eds.) and dated 1250-1350. Both ends are sub-square with rounded corners defined by decoration consisting of a transverse ridge and a pair of U-shaped notches. In the centre of each square is a circular rivet hole, one still contains a separate copper-alloy rivet with a flattened round head. There is a projecting oval knop at the top. A Roman ceramic rim fragment, possibly of a Vectis Ware (variant), unclassified form. c. AD 300-c. 375. Tomalin 1987: 30-40. The rim sherd of this small bowl is mid-grey with an orange core and is tempered with felspar, crushed flint and grog. The breaks are fresh. Height: 26.9mm; width: 29.7mm; maximum thickness: 10.1mm. The loop has an internal diameter of 2.11mm. The remains of a heraldic device can be seen on the outer face. The pendant appears to bear the blazon 'gules, three lions passant guardant.
