The object is a silver bodkin-type dress-pin with ear scoop on one end, and tapering to a point at the other end. The shaft has a flattened quadrangular cross-section, and engraved on both sides between the head and threading hole is a flower-head motif, with a flower repeated below the eye. The pin is bent, and has not received any conservation.
