An incomplete copper-alloy pin, dating to the Middle Early-Medieval (Anglo-Saxon) period. The pin retains the head and part of the shank. The head is of truncated-globular, or sub-polyhedral form, with a ring-and-dot punchmark occupying each facet. A single collar separates the head from the remains of the circular-sectioned shaft. These pins are well attested to the Middle Saxon period, c. AD 720-850.

An Early Medieval copper alloy cruciform mount of probably 6th to 10th century date. The cruiciform if formed of four projections emanating from a raised convex boss in the center. The projections all have concave sides and have rounded terminals. East terminal has been perforated with an irregular circular rivet hole, two of which have been broken by an old break. A cast copper alloy dress fastener or hooked tag of early-medieval date. The fastener takes the form of a sub-circular plate with two holes for attachement to the garment, and a thin shank with hooked end projecting from the opposing side. In this example the two attachment holes are incomplete but the rest of the fastener is intact. There is the remains of possible decoration on the front of the plate however it is too faint to be able to discern. A cast copper-alloy bridle bit link of Early Medieval date. It has a lozenge shaped terminal at one end which is oval internally and sub-rectangular in section. It has a knob on three of the corners. The fourth corner tapers into a D-section connecting arm with a rounded moulding. Beyond this moulding the arm flares into a circular terminal which is circular internally at the other end which is also sub-rectangular in section.

An incomplete cast copper alloy openwork harness fitting, a probable cheek piece from a bridle fitting of the late Early-medieval period (11th century AD). The object is Anglo-Scandinavian in design and is a fragment of a larger fitting. This is likely to be one half of the cheek piece, the other side of the plate was probably symmetrical with a central hole and a projecting arm for the attachment to the leather harness strap (Williams 2007:2).
