A cast copper-alloy book fitting of Medieval date. It is rectangular in shape and flat. At one end it is recessed to form a hook and at the other it flares into a trilobate design. There is a central circular hole at the flared end for a seperately cast rivet which is missing due to old breaks. The front face is decorated with three rings around the rivet hole and two ribs with five dots and two quadrilobed shapes between.

A complete Late Bronze Age or Early Iron Age copper alloy Votive Model of a miniature wheel dated to c. 1000-500 BC. The wheel is circular in plan with a trapezoidal shaped 'axel' from which four spokes radiate before joining the outer rim. The rim of the wheel and the spokes are rectangular in cross section. A complete copper alloy Medieval annular brooch dating from the 13th or 14th Century. The brooch frame is of twisted round cable pattern on both surfaced. The copper alloy pin sits within an pin constriction in the frame. The pin is of a different colour copper alloy and tapers sharp point. For similar examples see Egan and Pritchard (1991: 249; 1310-11) The brooch is 15.6mm in diameter, 1.5mm wide, 1.3mm thick and weighs 0.63 grams.

There is a small ridge just below the knop on the outer edge of each of the arms. The upper sections of each arms is flattened and one is recessed to accomodate the other. The fastener takes the form of a sub-circular plate with two holes for attachement to the garment, and a thin shank with hooked end projecting from the opposing side. The object is Anglo-Scandinavian in design and is a fragment of a larger fitting. An incomplete copper-alloy oval plate brooch of Roman date. Only the central boss survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn. The front face has a central hollow, still containing traces of red enamel. The back face is flat and has traces of the adhesive that would have connected it to the now missing brooch. This brooch measures 13.92mm in length, 11.24mm in width, 3.59mm in thickness, 2.10g in weight. There are similar examples recorded by Hattatt (Hattatt, 1987, p. 257, 1207-1208).

A cast copper alloy two piece swivel probably dating to the Medieval period. The object has a D-shaped loop which measures 13.48mm in width and a smaller circular loop measuring 8.86mm in diameter. The join between the two loops is oval in section with a collar running around the circumference. The two halves are connected by a socket on the base of the larger loop and a bolt on the top of the smaller loop, the end of which is cone shaped. The collar is decorated with four circumferential grooves. The object has a blackish green patina and is in good condition.

The pin is complete and remains attached to the strap bar. The object has a mid-brown patina and is in fair condition. Similar examples can be found in Whitehead, (2008), p53, and are dated c.1350-1650. The size of the object indicates that it would have been used as a shoe or a knee buckle.

A fragment of cast copper-alloy, probably metal working debris or casting waste. It is of uncertain Bronze Age or later date. It is sub-rectangular in form, relatively flat. It measures 32.78mm in length, 20.78mm in width, 6.50mm in thickness, 17.73g in weight.

An incomplete strap fitting of Post-Medieval date. It is missing one terminal due to old breaks, now worn. The main body is convex and oval in shape with a central circular rivet hole towards the base. At the top there is a transverse ridge connecting to a circular attachment end, with a central circular rivet hole and a projecting circular knop. At the bottom there is a double transverse ridge before terminating in old breaks. This strap fitting measures 35.22mm in length, 14.42mm in width, 4.38mm in thickness, 4.31g in weight. An incomplete cast copper alloy one-piece crotal bell of post-medieval date. The crotal bell has a girth-seam which is decorative rather then indicative of a two-piece casting. Much of the bottom half of the bell is broken and missing. There does not appear to be any decoration on either the upper or lower half of this crotal bell. These attributes suggest a 17th or 18th century AD date.

A cast copper alloy jews or jaws harp of the late Medieval to late Post Medieval period. In plan, the jews harp consists of a sub circular head and two tapering arms, both with the characteristic lozenge-shaped cross section. The arms are complete. The rabbet is located at the apex of the head, but is missing the iron tongue, which would have been used to sound the insrtument. This jews harps date to between c. AD 1400 and 1700. A cast copper alloy harness pendant dating to the medieval period. The object is heater or shield shaped in plan with a transverse projection loop at the top. The loop has an internal diameter of 2.11mm. The remains of a heraldic device can be seen on the outer face. The pendant appears to bear the blazon 'gules, three lions passant guardant. A small area of gilding remains on the tail of a lion. The object has a dark green patina.
