A strap or dress fitting made from a copper-alloy jetton of the Medieval period, c. 1300-1500. The jetton is too worn to be identified, though some minor detail survives. The reverse was used as the face of the fitting, and this bore a longcross with possible florettes made from pellets shapes in each quarter and an illegible inscription quartered around the outside. Detail is better surviving on the obverse, but still illegible. A lozenge-shaped strip of copper alloy was riveted to the obverse of the jetton, and the ends hooked inward to attach this fitting, though the hooked ends…

An incomplete cast copper alloy bridle fitting (cheek-piece) of late Early-medieval date. The surviving fragment is broadly triangular in plan with the remains of an open circle cutting the wide wedge of the triangle. At the apex of the triganle is a moulded animal's head set perpendicular to the main object. The head has an elongated snout, eyes on the side of its head and ears lying flat on its head. An incomplete and corroded Medieval to post-Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle (c. 1350-c. 1650). The pin is missing. The frame is convex at the front and flat at the rear. Each loop is similar in size and oval in plan. The narrowed bar is sub-triangular in cross-section. This frame is green and corroded with iron staining on the bar. A fragmentary headstud brooch of early Roman date, c. AD 70-200. Only the head of the brooch remains, consisting of the upper bow, arms, and pin mechanism. The bow is rectangular in section, and enough remains to indicate that it tapered toward the foot. No headstud is present, but this was probably located below the break of the bow.
