One rivet is fixed to both sides of the plate and contains a burr which suggests a possible repair. There is a fragmented central pinbar, probably from a single loop buckle. A folded, sheet copper alloy pin remains in situ. The front of the buckle plate is decorated in a light coloured enamel with a geometric design similar to a snowflake.
