An incomplete and corroded Medieval sheet copper-alloy harness pendant in the form of a bell (c. 1200-c. 1400). The sound 'pea' and suspension loop are missing. The globular body has four sound holes. Extending from each sound hole is a slot dividing four tabs folded inwards to form a rounded base. At the top there is the stub of a suspension loop arm. An incomplete copper alloy stem of a probable spoon of post-medieval date. The stem is flat in section and tapers from a wedge shaped end towards what may be the junction with the bowl. The stem is decorated on one side with linear scores down the outer edges, and an indistinct floral pattern at the wide end. Both sides of the stem have been silvered, which suggests a later date and possible function. Probably 18th or 19th century AD.

A complete but bent lead alloy two-part cloth seal dating to the post-medieval period. The seal is broadly circular in plan but the lower edge is folded back on itself. The connecting arm is retained. There may be the letter E on one side of the seal however it is unclear. This type of seal was current between AD 1500-1700, especially during the 17th century.

A complete copper alloy single looped buckle and plate dating to the medieval period. The buckle is D-shaped in plan and has indeterminate scrolled moulding either side of the pin rest. The integral strap bar retains the pin and the plate. The plate is formed by a single sheet of copper alloy, looped over the strap bar and being thinner on one side. The strap would have been held in place by two copper alloy rivets, which are retained. The plare is undecorated. This is a small example of a buckle current throughout the medieval period, c. AD 1250-1500.

A n incomplete copper alloy double looped buckle dating to the medieval period. The buckle, of the type often termed 'spectacle buckles' because of their appearance, is plain and undecorated and comprises just over have of the frame, retaining the strap bar but missing the pin. The type was in use for a long period and is usually dated to AD 1350-1650.

A worn lead alloy token of post-medieval date. The token has moulded decoration on both faces; the obverse has a cross-line border around the initials T K while the reverse design, which is very worn, may comprise chevrons around the edge but it is too worn for further detail. There are two small holes punched through from the reverse, possibly indicating reuse, possibly as a button or for attaching thread to. Token of this type are usually dated to the 17th or early 18th century AD.

A fragment of a copper alloy mount, possibly a furniture fitting or horse harness mount of later medieval or post-medieval date. The mount was probably circular in plan and has thin openwork linear panels around the outer edge. The internal design is too fragmentary to identify. Similar mounts are illustrated in Bailey (1999, 2001) and Read (1995) and these are dated from the 17th to the late 18th century AD.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy strap loop frame dating to the medieval period. The strap loop would have been trapezoidal in plan, with a wider outer frame edge decorated with two small projecting knops at its outer corners, with a third larger knop in the centre, which is what remains here. There would have been two triangular prongs inside the loop which would have helped stay the strap. One side arm of the frame is partially retained. A worn lead alloy weight of uncertain date. The weight is conical in form with a flat base. There does not appear to be any decoration on the object, although there is a slight dimple in the underside, possible from manufacturing. There is a lip around the outer basal edge. These objects are hard to date out of context, however it is likely to be medieval in date. It weighs 69.2 grams, or 2.44 ounces.

A copper alloy probable hilt band or spacer for a knife handle. In construction it appears to be post-medieval, probably dating from c1500 to c1700 AD; a soldered joint can be seen on the undecorated, D-shaped and D-sectioned hoop. Although the ring is now not circular, it may be still in its original shape which would also suggest a knife fitting rather than a finger ring.

A fragment of a cast copper alloy Roman rosette brooch of the first century AD. The fragment consists of the foot of the brooch, a flat plate that tapers towards the foot with vertical ribbing on the front and the remains of quite a large openwork catchplate on the reverse. The upper half of the brooch is broken and missing. Rosette brooches date from c. AD 25-60. See Hattatt (2008:308-309) for similar.
