Fragment of a medieval copper alloy purse frame, a pendent loop of L- or C-shaped cross-section, both ends broken, one across the terminal loop. There are two attachment holes in the rear and inlaid niello decoration on the convex front. This consists of three parallel oblique lines and two saltires, each formed from a triplet and a pair of grooves. The niello appears a richer green than the surrounding metal. Extant length 63mm. c.1450 - c.1500.

Fragment of a post-medieval copper alloy spur, part of one oval-sectioned side which is angled just before the break, and an asymmetrically set terminal with three apertures, a central circular one and two larger, one key-hole shaped probably through wear and the other worn through to the edge. There are three oblique engraved lines on the outer face, one on the side near the break and two on the terminal. Cf. Read 1995, no. 1061 and CORN-415137. Extant length 40mm. Width and thickness at the break 6.5 and 2.9mm. 17th century.

Incomplete post-medieval copper alloy hinge plate with one broken hinge pivot, a trefoil terminal and two iron-filled attachment holes. The form is a very common one, cf. IOW-AEBBDE, NMS-5BC405 and NMS-832D26, but in place of the standard large openwork aperture there is merely a 1.5mm diameter round hole. The terminal is poorly fettled. From a small box or casket. Length 23.5mm. Width 11.5mm. 17th - 18th century.

Cast copper alloy leg and foot from a medieval tripod ewer. The D-sectioned leg tapers gently from the top. On the flat reverse on the lower part and again on the sole there is a rough moulded groove. The foot is boot-like, being narrow at the ankle and wider before the rounded toe-end. Width and thickness at top 15 and 17.5mm. Height 57mm. Foot print length 20mm, width 20mm (at the ankle 10mm). Weight 57.92mm. 14th - mid 15th century.
