An incomplete and corroded Medieval sheet copper-alloy harness pendant in the form of a bell (c. 1200-c. 1400).
The sound 'pea' and suspension loop are missing.
The globular body has four sound holes. Extending from each sound hole is a slot dividing four tabs folded inwards to form a rounded base. At the top there is the stub of a suspension loop arm. The arm is rectangular cross-section.
There is no indication of any surface treatment.
Height: 18.9mm; diameter: 19.7mm. Weight: 6.48g.
