It is D-shaped in section with a flat back face and a slightly flattened top with central circular aperture. This spindle whorl measures 28.35mm in diameter, 14.10mm in height, 62.43g in weight. There are similar examples from Suffolk recorded on the PAS database (SF-EFBE42), (SF-4DEBF3). This is a relatively simple cast lead spindle whorl that could be of any date from the Roman period onwards.

The base of the object is flanged with a prominent casting seam. This weight measures 41.34mm in height, 50.96mm in diameter at the base, 23.82mm in diameter at the top, 303g in weight.

An incomplete cast copper-alloy object of Unknown date (AD 43-1900). This object is irregular in plan and one edge is curving. Both faces have deposits of corroded iron. The copper alloy part has a green patina and the breaks are old. Length: 44.0mm; width: 36.4mm; thickness: 6.2mm. Weight: 16.36g.
