Silver coin fragment. Chip from edge of scyphate flan of a silver unit of the Corieltauvi, possibly an issue of VEPO dated AD10-40. This is most likely from ABC no. 1881, which is described as 'Very common' by Rudd et al. 2010; Van Arsdell no. 934, Haselgrove period 3 phase 8.
Obverse description: plain.
Reverse description: a probably six-pointed star; the interpretation offered envisages this to lie under the tail of a horse right.
