An incomplete copper-alloy button of post-medieval date (17th-century) . The button consists of a flat circular disc, worn around its circumference, with integral attachment loop projecting centrally from its lower surface with a notable casting seam to either side of this. The upper surface of the disc is decorated with an incised ring with central punched dot. Similar examples of this kind of button can be found illustrated in Bailey's 'Buttons and Fasteners', 2004, p.37, see especially figs 8.25 and 8.26.

Incomplete copper-alloy button of Medieval to post-Medieval date. The button has a solid pyramid-shaped head with foliate decoration on each face. The shank, which projects from the centre of the reverse is an elongated teardrop shape with a circular piercing for attachment - the loop is broken. Similar style buttons are illustrated on p.25 of Bailey, G. (2004), 'Buttons and Fasteners' and dated to the Tudor period (Late 15th to 16th Centuries), c. 1450-1600, see especially Fig 7.11 and 7.14.

An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval cast copper alloy cauldron leg, dating to between AD 1200 and AD 1700. The leg has an old break, and is D shaped in cross-section. The foot has a three-toed design below a lateral collar. The reverse side is flat and plain. The surface is worn and abraded, of a reddish-brown colour with areas of green patina and traces of black residue or lacquer. A similar item is published by Brian Read, History Beneath Our Feet (1995), page 95, No. 591. Length: 35.04mm. Width: 24.58mm. Thickness: 14.57mm. Weight: 43.13g.

An incomplete Late Iron Age to Early Roman copper-alloy Langton Down brooch (AD 25-60). The spring and pin and the lower part of the bow are missing. The head has been folded to form cylindrical wings that contained an iron spring. A slot at the rear of the wings accommodated the pin. At each end the wings are incomplete. At the front, between the bow and head, is an arched ridge. The bow is strongly arched in side profile and is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear.
