A copper-alloy Medieval heraldic harness pendant, dating from about AD 1200-1400. The pendant is in the shape of a quatrefoil with small angles in between each foil. The quatrefoil-shaped pendant has an integral suspension loop at the top, which is turned 90° to the pendant, with its circular hole running parallel to the front surface of the pendant. In the centre of the pendant is a square with unclear decoration, possibly a lion passant. From each side of the square protrudes a fleur-de-lis within four other boxes creating a cross shape. A copper-alloy medieval heraldic harness pendant, c.AD 1200-1340. The pendant is a quatrefoil plate with angular projections in the corners and a armourial device in the center. The details of the device are lost to corrosion but it appears to have contained three lions within heater shaped shield with three creatures around. Some traces of green enamel survive. On the top of the plate is an integral perpendicular suspension loop. L x 32.9mm, W x 22.6mm, Th x 3.1mm, 5.98 g A parallel is published by Griffiths (in Clark (ed.) 204, 65-66; fig. 49, no. 64.

A Medieval incomplete decorative copper alloy book clasp of Howsam type A.1.3, dating to the 13th and 15th centuries AD. The clasp is semi-circular, flat, with faceted edges, and with a central circular perforation. The clasp has been formed from a larger plate which has been folded in half; at its base the central fold creates a hinge attachment in which the now-missing bar would have sat. An incomplete Late Iron Age to Early Roman copper-alloy Langton Down brooch (AD 25-60). The spring and pin and the lower part of the bow are missing. The head has been folded to form cylindrical wings that contained an iron spring. A slot at the rear of the wings accommodated the pin. At each end the wings are incomplete. At the front, between the bow and head, is an arched ridge. The bow is strongly arched in side profile and is 'D'-shaped in cross-section, flat at the rear.
