A possible Post Medieval copper alloy furniture fitting, c. 1500-1800. An undiagnostic suspension loop, which has been broken in antiquity. The loop is trapezodial and flat, leading to a transverse groove decoration on an elongated waist, below which is the break; the loop has iron corrosion on the inner edge suggesting that there was a further iron component which is now missing. The back of the loop is flat; the reverse of the waist is concave. It measures 22.2 mm in length, 12.2 mm wide, 4.3 mm think and weighs 2.21 g. A ceramic sherd of a Medieval sandy ware vessel of uncertain type, dating from later 13th-14th century AD. The sherd is fairly flat, making it difficult to attribute it to a particular type of vessel. The outer face seems to have been slipped with a light grey slip and the inner and outer surfaces seem to have been equally orange in colour before the outer face was slipped. The core of the sherd is thick and dark grey in colour. It measures 32.5 mm long, 25.3. mm wide, 6.4 mm thick and weighs approximately 6.6 grams.

The plate is circular shaped, with two circular sewing holes present. The bottom point of the inverted drop-shaped plate tapers into an incomplete backward-facing hook. A complete Post Medieval cast lead alloy uniface token, dating to c. AD 1550-1800; Powell Type 2. The token has the raised initial 'M' on one side. The other side is undecorated and flat. The token is of a grey in colour. It measures 21.2 mm in diameter, 3.2 mm thick, and weighs 6.89 g. This token central hole and has been pierced from the back. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely but those with initials seem to date to between c. 1550-1800.

Incomplete and heavily worn copper alloy Roman bow brooch of possible Headstud type. The bow and wings of the brooch survive. The wings are cylindrical and the remains of the axis bar for the hinged pin are encased within. There is a slot for the, now missing, hinged pin in the centre of the reverse of the wings. The bow is semi-circular in section. On the arch of the bow is the probable worn headstud decoration. The pin, catchplate & foot are missing. Brooches of headstud type are typically dated AD c.75-200 and this brooch has been dated in line with these dates.

Medieval copper alloy folding strap clasp frame with decorative outer edge in the form of a king's head, dated 14th century c.1300-1400. The king's face is triangular with incised facial features; the crown has four circular piercings between the fleurs. The rectangular clasp frame which projects from below the king's head has slightly convex sides which are a shallow D-shape in section and a sub-circular sectioned narrowed strap bar. See Egan & Pritchard 1991, 'Dress Accessories', for an identical clasp, p.119-20, fig 78, no.568.

A copper-alloy Medieval heraldic harness pendant, dating from about AD 1200-1400. The pendant is in the shape of a quatrefoil with small angles in between each foil. The quatrefoil-shaped pendant has an integral suspension loop at the top, which is turned 90° to the pendant, with its circular hole running parallel to the front surface of the pendant. A Post-Medieval copper alloy 'crotal' (animal) bell cast (17th century). The upper half has two sound holes. As a result of old damage the bell has broken through one of those holes in a ragged break extending to each side to the two sound holes on the lower hemisphere. The lower sound holes are joined together by a slot and are perpendicular to those on the upper half. On both sides of the slot is a moulded cherub with a face flanked by wings that also travel below. Diagonal incisions pick out the feathers. At the top of the brooch is a loop which has broken, beneath the head of the brooch creates a trumpet shape which is decorated with two lines running round the edge.
