An incomplete cast copper-alloy toy in the form of a musket (gun) dating to the mid Post Medieval period (c. 1600-c. 1640). The barrel is rectangular in section and hollow. The barrel widens in width towards the butt, which bends away at approximately 45 degrees. A comma-shaped trigger guard extends from the lower edge at the junction between barrel and butt.
The barrel is decorated towards the opening with a pair of lines, and with diagonal lines and pellets at the butt-end.
