An incomplete copper alloy hooked tag, of Early Medieval dating (Late 8th to 9th Centuries AD). Approximately 90% of the hooked tag is present, with the hook being incomplete. The plate is circular shaped, with two circular sewing holes present. The bottom point of the inverted drop-shaped plate tapers into an incomplete backward-facing hook. No decoration appears to be present. The hooked tag measures 16.8 mm in length and 9.3 mm wide. Artefact was photographed and recorded through a cardboard presentation wallet.
