Complete post-Medieval cast copper-alloy double-looped buckle frame (c.1350-1650).
The buckle frame is bevelled on the inside and in a good state of preservation with a light green patina. The frame is half round, flat on the reverse and the pin bar is sub triangular in cross section. Iron corrosion product on the pin bar, close to one side is suggestive of an iron pin lost in antiquity. The buckle frame is slightly twisted.
The overall dimensions are: Length 23.48 mm, width 18.74 mm, it is 2.23 mm thick and it weighs 2.65 grammes. c.f Whitehead Buckles 1250-1800 P53 No. 294.

An incomplete copper alloy probably La Tene I brooch dating to BC 400-200. The brooch is missing the lower end of the front bow including the catchplate. The pin is complete but bent and winds round at the top before leading down to the front bow. The front bow has a strip which curves out before curving back in and broadening out to form a straight plate downwards. The front is decorated with horizontal incisions across the top curving section and the lower plate has two rings as decoration. A incomplete copper alloy probably La Tene III type brooch dating to BC 100 - AD 100. The brooch is missing the pin and catchplate. At the top, the brooch comprises the remnants of curl of metal that originally comprised the top of the pin. The top then expands to a long triangular shape, the bottom of the point is missing. The front of the brooch is decorated with two double diagonal lines, creating a saltire with a space in the centre. An incomplete Roman Henig Type II finger ring dating to AD 43-200. The ring was originally circular in plan but part of the hoop is now missing. The hoop is D-shaped in section and broadens at the shoulders up to the bezel. The bezel is circular and contains the remnants possibly of red enamel.

A pair of tweezers probably Roman dating to the period AD 43-410. The tweezers comprise a single piece of copper alloy of consistent width all the way to the points which has been bent in the middle and then shaped to form a 'head' at the top and then curving out and in towards the points. The tweezers are decorated with an engraved line along the outside edge of both sides.
