A complete Medieval to Post Medieval cast lead alloy uniface token, dating to c. AD 1250-1800; Powell type 14. The token is decorated on one side with a long cross and one pellet in each quadrant. The other side is undecorated and slightly bent. The token is of a greyish-white colour. It measures 17.12 mm in diameter, 2.16 mm thick, 3.85 g in weight. Tokens were easy to make and distributed widely throughout a large period of time; therefore, they are difficult to date precisely. A complete cast lead alloy circular bi-face token, probably dating to Post Medieval period (c. 1550-1800 AD): Powell type 2. The token has the raised initials 'IB' on one side, with a central pellet; the other side has a raised 'J'. The surface with 'IB' has an uneven, slightly raised perimeter edge. It measures 23.61 mm in diameter, 3.14 mm thick, and weighs 8.74 g. Lead tokens had a wide variety of uses and were made locally; they are therefore hard to date precisely. Those with initials are generally thought to be Post Medieval in date, c.1550-1800 AD.

A Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double loop vesica-shaped buckle and a fragment of pin, c. AD 1550-1650. The buckle frame is vesica shaped with cusped outside edges created from moulded pellets; there are slight protrusions at either end of the strap bar which have sub-oval holes punched into them. The outer edge of both loops is sub-lozenge-shaped in plan and is also punched with a lozenge-shaped hole; all of the holes have created bevelled inner edges from the front face. Cast copper alloy D shaped single loop buckle frame of probable Medieval date. The frame is sub-oval in cross section and has a bevelled inner edge. The frame exhibits file marks throughout. The overall condition is very good with an even dark green patina. It measures 16.71 mm in length, width is 22.71 mm and the frame is 2.60mm thick. The object weighs 1.79 grammes. Ross Whitehead 'Buckles 1250-1800' has a similar buckle frame on Page 18, No 40. The buckle frame dates from 1250-1450.

A Roman Republican silver denarius, probably struck by Sulla in the name of an earlier moneyer, C. Servilius Vatia (see RRC 264), in 82-80 BC (Reece Period 1), Head of Apollo / Two horsemen fighting. Mint of Rome. RRC p. 388, no. 370/2. This coin was struck at around the time that Sulla was dictator in Rome, c. 82-81 BC, by a supporter of Sulla, possibly P. Servilius Isauricus. It is scarce with only around 10 obverse and 11 reverse dies recorded. Die axis approx. 3 o'clock.
