Fragment of the outer frame of a Medieval copper alloy composite harness pendant, probably sexfoil, with part of the side of the vertical slot for the separate swinging pendant, broken across the perforation for the pin or spindle. Part of the upper foil and a flanking foil survive with two triangular-sectioned projecting radiating arms each ending in a circular lobe. A variant on a frequently encountered type, e.g. examples from Norwich (Huddle, J. in Emery 2007, 203-4, fig. 5.93 SF 81 and SF 609). Surviving height 25mm. Surviving width 22mm. 7mm thick. 13th - 14th century.

An incomplete copper-alloy asymmetrical mount from a box or vessel of possible Roman date. Only part of the top of the object survives, the remainder of the object is missing due to old breaks, now worn.
The top of the mount is cylindrical before expanding to sub-triangular wings which are D-shaped in section. Beneath the wings the mount narrows before terminating in old breaks.

A lead alloy spindle whorl of unknown date, probably Early Medieval to Post Medieval, about AD 850 - 1600. It is Coppergate type B1 (Walton Rogers, 2007, page 25). It is discoidal with a central perforation measuring 9.8mm in diameter. The faces are worn but do not appear to have been decorated. The whorl has a white patina. It is 32.7mm in diameter and 9mm thick. It weighs 59.3g.

An incomplete copper-alloy pin of probable Middle Anglo-Saxon date. It is missing the lower half of the shaft due to old breaks. The pin has a biconical head with flattened and slightly faceted median band. At the base of the head is a small collar from which extends the shaft. This is cylindrical in form and terminates in old breaks just below the head. The pin measures 22.69mm in length, 8.24mm in diameter (at the head; 2.05mm at shaft), and weighs 2.30g. Similar pins noted on the PAS database (for example LIN-AB3143, WMID-1E7FA6, or NLM-198FD6) suggest a Middle Saxon date for this …

A Roman Republican silver denarius, probably struck by Sulla in the name of an earlier moneyer, C. Servilius Vatia (see RRC 264), in 82-80 BC (Reece Period 1), Head of Apollo / Two horsemen fighting. Mint of Rome. RRC p. 388, no. 370/2. This coin was struck at around the time that Sulla was dictator in Rome, c. 82-81 BC, by a supporter of Sulla, possibly P. Servilius Isauricus. It is scarce with only around 10 obverse and 11 reverse dies recorded.

A rectangular, copper alloy (brass) coin weight for the French ecu, struck in Antwerp in the sixteenth century. The obverse depicts three fleurs-de-lys in a crowned shield of arms within a circle; the reverse has an upright hand flanked by the manufacturer's initials A I. The weight is 15.2mm long, 13.3mm wide and 2.2mm thick. It weighs 3.1gm.
