A flint retouched flake, probably of Neolithic date, 4000 - 2350 BC. It is formed on light grey flint with a number of dark inclusions. It is sub-rectangular in plan and sub-triangular in section. The distal end is snapped. There is some very fine short, parallel, abrupt retouch at the proximal right side. The left side has edge damage. It is 22.8mm long, 17.1mm wide and 3.1mm thick. It weighs 1.41gm.

A complete copper seal matrix of medieval date. The seal is a pointed oval or vessica shape with the remains of an integral lug set on a central rib along the longitudinal axis of the reverse. The front face bears a central motif of a right facing bird with head turned back over its shoulder. The image is surrounded by the legend *CREDE FERENTI meaning 'Believe the bearer'. A complete, damaged and corroded post-Medieval sheet copper-alloy spherical animal "crotal" bell (1500-1800). The sheet suspension loop appears to have been soldered to the body. It is c. 5.5mm high and 3.3mm in width. The upper and lower hemispheres are divided by a prominent horizontal circumferential joining rib. A sheet copper-alloy rivet, probably for repairing a sheet metal vessel, of later Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It is formed from a kite-shaped piece of copper-alloy sheeting rolled to form a cone with the point at the top folded down to form the head. This rivet measures 30.53mm in length, 19.12mm in diameter at head, 10.09g in weight. Egan (2005: pp. 101) notes that rivets of this form superseded Medieval folded staples in the later 15th century but continued in use into the 18th century AD.
