A Roman Republican silver denarius, probably struck by Sulla in the name of an earlier moneyer, C. Servilius Vatia (see RRC 264), in 82-80 BC (Reece Period 1), Head of Apollo / Two horsemen fighting. Mint of Rome. RRC p. 388, no. 370/2. This coin was struck at around the time that Sulla was dictator in Rome, c. 82-81 BC, by a supporter of Sulla, possibly P. Servilius Isauricus. It is scarce with only around 10 obverse and 11 reverse dies recorded.

A complete but damaged post-Medieval sheet silver cuff link element (c. 1662-c. 1700). Lewis form 1, type A. Treasure case no. 2014 T433.
This pressed cuff link element is circular in plan and the edge is down-turned at an angle of about 45°. The rear face is concave and has a central soldered attachment loop, now broken, which is D-shaped in cross-section. At the front a raised design is in the form of two hearts with a crown above. An imprint of the design can be seen at the rear.
