A broken and incomplete medieval silver penny of John (1199-1216). Probably Short cross Class 5c (North 971) dating to c. 1207-1210. Minted by Walter at London. Mass (2001, Pl. 63). The coin measures 17.9mm in diameter, is 0.9mm thick and weighs 0.81g. Around half of the flan remains after an old break.

A post medieval cast copper alloy double oval buckle frame with a broken dividing bar. The frame is decorated with cast foliate shapes. The buckle has an attached hooked fitting with a broken plate (including an iron rivet) which is similarly decorated. The buckle frame measures 36.12 x 26.87mm. The hooked fitting is simply hooked onto the buckle frame in an informal manner.

A medieval cast copper alloy seal matrix in very fine condition. The matrix is of pointed-oval form and flat; it measures 44.13mm by 27.28mm. The die depicts St Paul, enthroned, within a rounded trefoil arch. Below St Paul is a praying figure within a pointed arch with quatrefoil spandrels. The inscription is set between grooved borders. On the back, at the apex, is a suspension loop from which a tapering projection runs to the lower point of the matrix. The matrix probably dates to the 14th century.
