A copper-alloy Mercury bust jetton of Nuremberg Master Wolf Lauffer II, c.1612-1651 AD. As Micthiner, 1988: no. 1720.
Obverse: *WOLF LAVFER IN NVRNBERG REC, Bust of Mercury left wearing winged helmet.
Reverse: *ANFANG.BEDENKS.ENDT, An Imperial orb surmounted by a cross pattee, within a double stranded trefoil, all within an inner circle.

A copper-alloy Medieval English jetton, c.1280-1343 AD. The obverse type is idential to Mitchiner, 1988: no. 196, but with differing reverse type not listed in Mitchiner.
Obverse: Long cross fleurre dividing the legend, a star or crescent in each angle of the cross, all within a beaded border. Legend formed from pellets.
Reverse: A voided cross pattee(?), a straight cross at its centre, three pellets at each the end of each arm, all within an inner circle. A border of letter C's or E's.
