A copper alloy post-medieval (AD c.1500-c.1600) possible knife end-stop. Overall, the object measures 21.4mm long, 10.5mm wide and 6.4mm thick. It weighs 2.93g. Some of the object is covered in iron corrosion, which masks the outline of the object. The object is broadly oval in section and rectangular in plan, although it appears to taper slightly towards one end. At this end the object splits into two to form an oval opening. At the other end there is an oval opening, the edges of which are serrated. There is some grooved decoration on one side.

Copper alloy figurine of a cockerel. It is rendered in quasi-naturalistic form with flattened comb and tail feathers and a broader stumpy body with abbreviated wings against its sides. The body stands on a round section lug representing the legs, with the stub of a peg in its base. This object is presumably from a grouping of the god Mercury and his accompanying animals: a goat and a cock, and the peg may suggest this comprised separate figurines mounted together. An incomplete copper alloy strap fitting or belt decoration dating to the early-medieval (Anglo-Saxon) period. The strap fitting is rectangular in plan and has an integrally cast shank on the reverse that would have secured the fitting to a strap. The face of the strap fitting is decorated with an beast in Salin's Style II, an animal with elongated body and possibly a head turned to look over its back. This strap fitting is likely to date to the 6th century AD.

Copper alloy button and loop fastener. Cast rectangular plate with an open triangular loop of length 22mm behind it, now bent but originally with the loop in the same plane as the plate, Wild class 6a. The surface of the plate is divided into two rows of five rectangular cells apt to retain enamel within a wide plain border, though scant trace of colourant now remains. Suggested date: Early Roman, 100-200. Height (plate): 17.5mm, Width (plate): 20.4mm, Thickness (plate): 2.5mm, Weight: 6.36gms.

Copper alloy possible mount fragment. Copper alloy sheet with repousse motifs of circles or spirals, bordered at one edge by a pelleted or billeted line. This object could equally be part of a metal clad object such as a helmet. All the edges appear torn or cut, and one end of the fragment is folded back on itself. The form and curvilinear motifs recall the fragmentary plaque from Elmswell, East Yorkshire, which was perhaps a casket mount. Suggested date: Late Iron Age, 100 BC- AD43. Length (as found): 56.6mm, Width: 32.0mm, Thickness (sheet): 0.7mm, Weight: 7.07gms.

A complete but worn lead cloth seal of Post-Medieval date. Comprising of two flat circular discs, joined at the top by a short rectangular connecting strip. The front disc has an integral rivet that has been pushed through the second disc and has a flattened oval head. The brooch has been subjected to high temperatures as the lower half of the brooch has been melted and is now twisted and buckled.
