An incomplete medieval silver farthing of Edward II (1307-1327). Class 11, Withers type 30 (North 1070/1) dating to 1310-1314. Mint of London. North (1991, 38) Worn, coin is 13.27mm in diameter, 0.46mm thick, and it weighs 0.26g. The coin has suffered significant losses at its circumference; these appear to be abrasions more so than the results of clipping.

A Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, West Midlands), cf. Mackreth 2011, 4.a-4.b, 4c, Plate 46, dating AD c. 80-120. The copper alloy brooch is incomplete, the wings are semi-cylindrical, one of which is incomplete and the other terminating with an incomplete perforated wing cap, within which there is iron corrosion. The wings are undecorated. On both sides a ridge is present at the shoulder between the wings and the bow. At the junction of the wings and bow head has the remains of an integral hook. The coin is broken with approximately 25% of the flan missing. It is abraded and exhibits two large cracks. The coin measures 20.23mm in diameter, and 0.45mm in thickness. It weighs 0.84g.

An incomplete Roman (AD 75-200) copper alloy headstud brooch missing the loop, pin and part of the catchplate. It measures 33.25mm in length and weighs 6.95 grams. The wings span 15.05mm and are D-shaped in cross-section, the wings are decorated with three vertical grooves. Above the wings extends an incomplete loop. The bow extends from the wings (7.20mm wide) and in rectangular in cross section and is decorated with a raised oval below where the wings join the bow. A rim sherd from a Roman ceramic, probably Oxfordshire ware mortarium dating to the period c. AD 100 - 410. The fabric is buff orange in colour and sandy in texture with red grog inclusions visible throughout the fabric and brown, grey and translucent irregularly shaped trituration grits visible on the inner surface. The rim is 10.93mm thick and carries a prominent hooked flange, indicating a possible early date. The flange is 37.54mm thick. The sherd has a gently convex profile.

An incomplete cast copper alloy Nauheim Derivative brooch of the Late Iron Age. The brooch is formed from one piece of metal but is now missing part of the coiled spring and the pin. The catchplate and bow is retained as is two coils of the spring. The bow of the brooch widens immediately behind the spring coils, the gradually tapers into the foot. The bow is rectangular in section. There is no decoration. A complete lead seal matrix dating to the medieval period. The matrix is circular and flat, and does not have a reverse loop or lug. The central design is a fleur-de-lys design within a grooved border. Around the outer edge of the seal is written + S' WILL' FILIL ROGERI FABRI (Seal of Will(iam) son of Roger Smith). It dates to the 13th century AD.
