Cast copper alloy strap suspension fitting. The fitting has a solid oval body with a smaller integral oval loop at one end. The oval end loop has its long axis set at right angles but in the same plane as the body. The internal cutaway shape of the oval loop is sub semicircular with a central slot on the body side of the straight edge. The face of the body has a transverse slightly recessed broad band running across it. Obverse: I.D.G.ROSA.SINE.SPINA (A rose without thorns); Rose Reverse: TVEATVR.VNITA.DEVS (May God guard these united, i.e. kingdoms); Thistle Diameter: 13.6mm. Weight: 0.42g. DA=12:3. The coin has been pierced on the obverse at 1 o' clock through to the reverse. The hole is circular with a diameter of c. 1.2mm.

The coin has suffered significant losses at its circumference; these appear to be abrasions more so than the results of clipping.

A Roman brooch of Colchester derivative Polden Hill (flat wing ends type, West Midlands), cf. Mackreth 2011, 4.a-4.b, 4c, Plate 46, dating AD c. 80-120. The copper alloy brooch is incomplete, the wings are semi-cylindrical, one of which is incomplete and the other terminating with an incomplete perforated wing cap, within which there is iron corrosion. Medieval (12th to 14th centuries) harness pendant: The copper alloy pendant is a sub '+' shape in plan. At the centre there is a square block decorated with cross-hatching. Narrowed and protruding from each edge of this block is a semi-circular sectioned arm which terminates with a bulbous knop. The upper bulbous oval has an integral perforated lug protruding, which is perpendicular to the pendant. The surface of these pendant is heavily abraded and has traces of a dark brown patina. Medieval gilt copper alloy strap end formed from a trapezoidal piece of sheet folded widthways and secured with a convex headed rivet. A little gilding remains on the front face where protected by the projecting rivet. Length 20.4mm. Width at the attachment edge 17.5mm (at the rear of the same 9.5mm). Width at the outside edge or fold 13.5mm. The internal gap, 4mm, suggests use on a harness. c.1270 - c.1450.

Incomplete front part of a medieval copper alloy rectangular buckle plate, both edges missing. Close to the inside edge there is some rather poorly executed decoration: a compass-engraved circle encloses a central hole which interconnects with another hole, and four other holes which have been drilled to differing widths. At the other part of a pin slot or hole remains. Extant length 32.5mm. Width 17.2mm. Cf. Egan and Pritchard 1991, no. 439. 14th century.

Incomplete frame of a medieval copper alloy folding strap clasp, the outside edge in the form of a king's head, and the stumps of the sides. In the crown there are four round apertures, two of which are incomplete.The royal face is in quite high relief with eyes and mouth enhanced by engraving. Badly abraded and incomplete medieval gilt copper alloy cruciform pendant with remains of an iron spindle in the suspension loop and a for a missing decorative stud placed roughly in the centre. The ends of the side arms are ovoid, but of different sizes because of wear. Most of the lower arm is missing. A few small patches of gilding remain but there are no certain traces of decoration. Extant height and width 36 and 39.5mm. 12th century.

The buckle consists of a broadly oval frame divided into two oval shaped halves by a central pin bar. Both outer edges feature a scalloped decoration consisting of five semi-circular projections divided by four grooves. The buckle measures 31.17mm in length, 39.96mm in width and weighs 6.37g.
