A Roman silver denarius of Elagabalus dating from AD 218 to 222 (Reece Period 10). Cf RIC 4/2 (Elagabalus), 161. Mint of Rome.
The diameter is 19mm and the weight 2.02g.
Obverse inscription [I]MP ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, reverse inscription VICTOR IA AVG. Obverse shows laureate draped bust right. Reverse shows Victory flying left, diadem in both hands, shields to sides, star in field to right.
