Iron tanged spatulate implement. Wrought iron round ended spatulate blade of length 56mm with a tang of length 27mm, probably broken, aligned with the back edge of the blade. Though what might correspond to a cutting edge is angled, this could be a quirk of corrosion or cleaning and the blade as a whole lacks both the V section which would indicate a knife, and the further modification of the form of its blade from recurrent sharpening. The currency of forks as table implements for eating began in the 17th century, while the condition of this object more closely resembles that of medieval ironwork reported along with it. Before that date, forks might be used to help the carving and serving of meat. A distinct class of Middle to Late Saxon implements - of uncertain use - also includes examples with bifurcated or forked ends, though this example is larger than many of these. An unidentified cast copper-alloy object of uncertain date. The object consists of a domed, roughly hemispherical segment with a large pellet positioned near the centre on its outer surface and a small sub-squared recessed area positioned centrally on the underside. The outer surface is covered with incised shell-like decoration emanating from the central pellet. The object measures 32.1mm long, 21.1mm wide. It is 13.6mm in height and weighs 19.46 grams.

An incomplete cast copper alloy probably Post Medieval to early Modern nail, dating to c. AD 16th-20th centuries AD. The nail has a square, slightly domed head and a square-sectioned nail shaft, which has broken off at its end. Approximately 9 mm down from the top of the nail head, an admiralty broad arrow mark is incised into one side of the nail shaft. It measures 52.4 mm long, 15.2 mm by 15.6 mm (at head), 8.9 mm by 9.8 mm (at broken shaft-end) and weighs 45.1 grams.
