A slender cast copper alloy vessel leg and integral foot probably from a skillet or ewer. The leg and foot have a moulded low-relief trefoil shape front with a flat back. Approximately halfway down the leg there is a 5.5mm wide raised collar. The foot tapers outwards from this with a pronounced central toe and flat end. The skillets and ewers to which these legs attached were usually of a tripod form and were widely used from circa 1200-1700 AD for serving and cooking. The object is 49mm long and 18mm at its widest point across the foot.

A cast copper alloy slender vessel leg and integral foot probably from a skillet or ewer. The leg and foot are sub triangular in cross section with a moulded front and flat back. Both have four flutes running down the length placed two either side of a central wide 'toe'. The leg tapers to a waist at approximately 40mm at which point the flared foot is divided from the leg by a raised 6mm wide moulded collar which is segmented by axial grooves into nine evenly spaced segments. The skillets and ewers to which these legs attached were usually of a tripod form and were widely used from c…

Copper alloy Medieval or Post-Medieval everted rim fragment from a large diameter cast vessel, probably a cauldron.
