Cast copper alloy small double-looped sub-annular knee buckle with bevelled internal edge. The frame is oval, in plan, with a narrowed central pin bar which is flush with the frame but missing its pin. There is some iron corrosion product around the pin bar which suggests that the pin was made of iron. The frame has a flat outer edge of the base and a lozenge-shaped profile, in cross-section, and a bevelled inside edge from the base. The original surface has mostly corroded to a light brown colour. Cast copper alloy double-loop oval buckle frame in two parts with a slightly concave base and a convex profile. The strap bar is narrowed and slightly recessed from the frame, and the pin is missing. There is a moulded knop with four radiating grooves, which resembles an acanthus leaf, on the outer edge of each of the rounded loops. There is a circular recess at the wider apex of the weight, which is 4 mm in diameter, and may have attached it to a hook or chain for use as a plumb bob as this would have been the wider upper edge of the weight, narrowing to a smaller diameter that would have been the base, if suspended vertically. Cast copper alloy barrel tap with a T-shaped tap key, with arms that are circular in section, which is slotted into the cylindrical socket or trunnion. The key turns within the trunnion to allow the liquid to flow through an opening to the spout. The key opened and closed a valve, and below the socket, the projecting housing in which the valve turned was adjustable by a slotted screw head. A cast copper alloy unidentified object of uncertain date. Each end terminates with a diagonal cut which is intentional. The object is sub-oval in cross-section and is undecorated. Patches of light green patina remain in places. The function of the object is unknown however a suggested function is a Medieval or Post-Medieval harness ring which has been pulled out of shape.
