A copper-alloy open type sheet thimble or 'sewing ring' of late Medieval to early Post Medieval date. The thimble measures 19.17mm maximum across at the open top end, expanding to 23.1mm maximum at the bottom. The outside is decorated with punched circular indents, arranged fairly regularly in four rows in a spiral. The metal has corroded to a brown green patina. The splayed base was to allow an easier fit on the finger and is also chronologically diagnostic to the late Medieval or early Post Medieval periods (Holmes 1988, 3). It weighs 8.1 grams, is 12.11mm high and 2.2mm thick.

This coin has broken in two nearly equal halves, probably from in situ damage. The lettering of the coin includes a square-topped A and an H instead of M.

The fragment comprises slightly more than one half of the complete bar, an old break being just the other side of the central block. A complete Post Medieval cast unifaced lead token, c. AD 1550-1800. Powell Type 2. The token is inscribed with a letter E, a pellet and then either a reverse C or a crescent; the other face is undecorated. The token measures 21.24mm in diameter and is 3.34mm thick and it weighs 9.3 grams. Lead tokens were easy to produce and widely circulated; therfore they are difficult to date precisely. Those with letter initials are thought to date to the Post Medieval period and are given a general date of c. 1550-1800 AD.

An incomplete Medieval to Post Medieval bifaced cast lead alloy sub-circular token. Powell Type 7: grid or cross hatch pattern. The token is decorated on one face with a grid design; the other face is decorated with a much more crude grid. There is damage to both side resulting in small holes. The token measures 25.6 mm in diameter and 3.64mm thick and weighs 12.5grams. A Post Medieval cast copper alloy mount (c. AD 1500-1700). The mount is in the shape of a sexfoil rose with moulded triple rosette decoration on its outer face. There are small knops in between each petal on the outer edge. The rear of the mount has three integrally-cast spiked rivets running in a line through the centre of the mount. There are traces of gilding on the outer face suggesting that the decorative face was completely gilded originally. The mount measures 34.53mm in diameter, 2.01mm thick and weighs 32.2 grams. A similar example can be found on the datat base at SUSS-EF6EF1.

An incomplete Post Medieval cast copper alloy double looped trapezoidal buckle. (c.AD 1570-1700). The buckle frame is trapezoidal with pointed ends and has a D-shaped section with a flat back. The pin is missing. Triangular integrally cast projections extend from either edge of the frame, and a rounded knop is present at either end of the central strap bar. The buckle is a mid green colour and coated with a black lacquer. The buckle measures 37.41mm long, 22.34mm wide, 2.86mm thick and weighs 6.5g. A similar buckle can be found in Whitehead(2003) p.82 ref:513.

In incomplete Post-medieval cast copper-alloy double-loop buckle (c.1550 - 1650). The buckle has oval loops and lobed knops at two symmetrical points on each loop and at either end of the narrowed strap bar. The buckle is slightly bent and D shaped in section with a flat back; it has traces of black lacquer on the front. The buckle measures 40.01mm long, 20.67mm wide, 2.33mm thick and it weighs 5.1g. A similar example can be seen in WHITEHEAD (2003) p.63, ref: 382.

A incomplete cast copper alloy Post Medieval double looped buckle c AD 1500 -1650. The buckle is oval with a D shaped cross section. The loops are D shaped and the outer edge is wider than the rest of the frame. There is a slight indentation on each of the outer edges which may have been for the pin rest. There are moulded knops at either end of the central strap bar which is narrowed and has D shaped cross section. The pin is missing. The buckle measures 34.04m in length, 27.48mm in width, 2.73 mm in thickness and weighs 6.3 g. For similar examples see Whitehead (2003) pp 54-55.

An almost complete Post Medieval cast copper-alloy double loop trapezoidal buckle, c. 1620-1680 AD. The buckle has a narrowed strap bar with pin intact. The buckle frame has trefoil shaped ends and posibly had small lobed protrusion at either side of the strap end which are now missing. There is a small incised notch at the centre of the central foil on the outer edge of each loop, which would have served as a pin rest. The buckle measure 37.93mm long, 23.06mm wide (at outer loop), 2.8mm thick and weighs 8.1grams. A similar example can be seen in Whitehead (2003), p. 84, no. 523.
