The outer edge is D-shaped in section with flat back face and rounded front face and has a large central pin rest that is formed from a transverse rib that is cylindrical in form and has a single central groove. An incomplete cast copper-alloy brooch of Roman date.Only the bottom of the foot and part of the catchplate survive, the remainder now missing due to old breaks. The surviving fragment is flat, triangular in form with a complete lower edge, terminating in old breaks in all other directions. On the back face is a vertical rib that represents the remains of the catchplate. A cast copper-alloy buckle frame of Medieval date. It has an oval loop with offset and narrowed cylindrical bar and thickened outer edge. The outer edge is decorated on its front face with four evenly spaced circular collets, one of which retains a white substance, probably to enable the now missing settingt to attach to the buckle. The entire object measures 26.59mm in width, 16.78mm in length, 2.74mm in thickness and 1.94g in weight. This buckle frame is of probable Medieval date, c.13th-15th centuries AD.

A cast copper-alloy thimble of probable late Medieval to Post-Medieval date. It has straight sides with a rounded top and a slightly thickened rim with single circumferential groove. The straight sides are covered with unevenly arranged circular pits that spiral from the base to the shoulder of the thimble and finally to the top. The thimble measures 20.05mm in height, 19.01mm in diameter, and weighs 9.08g. It probably dates to the 15th or 16th centuries AD (see Holmes, 1991: p. 1, fig. 2b).

A cast copper-alloy strap fitting or loop of Iron Age date. It is annular in form, circular in section with a large central aperture that is offset towards one side of the loop. The side of the loop that the aperture is closest to is presumably the base and is narrower than the opposite, outer, edge. The exterior surfaces of the object have moulded decoration. This comprises curvilinear foliate motifs that run from two raised circular mouldings at the base of the object, meeting at the outer edge where they are entwined in a possibly swirl shaped motif.
