Incomplete probably post-medieval lead mount, very slightly convex fronted with rounded edges and flat back, tongue-shaped with two arms springing obliquely from one end. One arm is almost entirely missing, and the other is badly distorted. The tongue-shaped part is pierced by seven randomly placed small holes, stabbed from the front. One of more may have been for attachment as was a single hole at the end of the arm. Length and width of arm c.30 and 5mm. Tongue-shaped part 25 x 15.5mm. Thickness 2.5mm. No parallel noted. Perhaps 16th - 17th century. (field JB1)

Three probably post-medieval unidentified lead objects, perhaps 16th - 18th century: - two pear-shaped and of plano-convex cross-section, perhaps cast in spoon bowls, one 65 x 45 x 14mm, weight 181.96g, the other 60 x 42 x 14mm, weight 158.64g. Cf. SUR-3DCC54. - very roughly sub-conical, with an ovoid (37 x 33mm), flat base and a hollow interior. Height 18mm. Depth of interior 14mm. Weight 101.80. This might have served as a free-standing inkwell. It would be very difficult to tip over. (field FLO9)
