A near complete but worn Medieval copper-alloy heraldic harness pendant dating from c.1300-1400. The pendant is a quatrefoil in shape, possibly with the usual pointed projections between each of the quatrefoil lobes but the edges of the pendant are now very worn. The pendant has a broken suspension loop projecting from the upper edge which is set at 90 degrees to the main decorative plate. An incomplete lead papal bulla, probably of Pope Adrian IV (c. AD 1100 to AD 1159), probably dating to the period AD 1154 to AD 1159, when he held the papacy.
The obverse bears an inscription of ADRI/ANVS/PPIIII, split into three lines, identifying it as a bulla of Pope Adrian IV. The pelleted border has been worn away.
The reverse depicts St. Paul is on the left of the seal looking right, depicted with a long pointed beard. St. Peter is on the right facing left and has a rounded face with beard and hair formed of pellets. Both faces are contained within beaded borders and separated …

A Late-Middle Bronze Age to Late Bronze Age (final Penard, Wilburton or Ewart Park phase c. 1200-750 BC) copper alloy plain pegged spearhead with leaf-shaped blade dating to Needham's period 6-7 and of Ehrenburg's Class V (1977). It measures 113.90mm in length, 27.82mm in max.width (across the base of the blade), 23.13mm in max.thickness and diameter (at the open end of the socket) and with a socket depth at least 87mm. The internal socket diameter is 18.24mm. Weighs 66.82g.

Copper alloy socketed spearhead fragment that dates to the middle to late Bronze Age. This is the tip of the spearhead and has a pronounced spine running down its centre that is circular in cross-section, this is flanked by thin blades that taper to a fine point. The rear of the spear is truncated resulting in the loss of the socket and rear section of the blades. In the break the tip of the socket is visible as a small hollow at the base of the central spine.

A complete silver hawking vervel, of Early Post Medieval dating (AD 1600 to AD 1700) and of Lewis and Richardson type C.ii.
The vervel is of a D- ring form, comprising a flat silver ring inscribed with E. EYTON OF and with a shield soldered to the front with a fret (knot, saltire within lozenge).

An incomplete lead or lead alloy probable pilgrim badge, of probable Medieval dating (AD 1400 to AD 1525).
Only the face is present, the rest is missing, presumed lost in antiquity. The probable badge was originally in the form of a human male bust, facing forward. The bust has pointed oval eyes, what appears to be long lower eye lashes but are actually tears, moulded sub-rectangular nose and pointed oval shaped mouth. A cast copper alloy pin head of probable later Iron Age date (150 BC - AD 80). The pin head is globular in form being irregular in plan and cross section. It seems to be cast in one piece and the head of the pin is sub-spherical with a series of ball shaped bosses extending from the edge. These bosses are arranged in five pairs and evenly spaced around the circumference of the head either side of a single incised horizontal band. A Medieval copper-alloy strap-end.
The plate is roughly shield-shaped, with a sub-oval lower portion, above which the sides splay before becoming vertical. A separate 'bar' extends parallel to, but slightly above, the top of the plate. There are two in situ copper-alloy rivets, one extending backwards at either end of the piece, terminating in a circular 'stop'. There is a further rivet hole at the centre of the plate's bottom end.

An incomplete copper alloy composite dress hook of Post Medieval date (1500-1620). The central element of the dress hook is cast in one piece being tri-lobed in plan with a rounded cast hemispherical boss projecting on each lobe. The underside of the plate is recessed directly under the lobes and is filled with a green corrosion stained white paste. The upper surface of each boss is decorated with an incised ring and dot. A cast copper alloy strap end (Thomas Class B Type 1) of later Early Medieval /Saxon date (850-1000 AD). The strap end is complete being broadly sub-rectangular in both plan and cross section. The body of the strap end is rectangular in plan with a blunt terminal - the opposite end expands to form a rectangular split plate; this is pierced on it upper edge by two evenly spaced rivet holes - both of which are filled by extant iron rivets. Early Medieval (11th century) harness fitting: bridle cheek piece. The copper alloy cheekpiece remaining is an arm terminating in a loop and the other terminal is a fragment of a flat plate. The loop is oval in plan, with an oval perforation. The upper face of the loop has obliquely an angled surface, as does the underside. Treasure reference number 2014 T353: a medieval silver finger ring (AD c.1200-1400). The bezel is formed by twin miniature bezels, each holding an oval setting. The area between them is open. The shoulders of both minature bezels meet a square panel at either side. Both panels are decorated with an incised border and a central cross (X), with a pellet in each angle. The hoop tapers to the base. The hoop is mishapen at the base and contains a small crack. Traces of gilding survive on the bezels and the panels.
The ring is similar in style to 2002 T142, a gold example from Cannington…

Medieval copper alloy composite tongue-shaped strap end with a full-width sheet spacer, two rivets, a pair of opposed rounded cut-outs in the sides before an elaborate trefoil knop, and engraved rocker-arm decoration on the front plate comprising a full-length median line, three lozenges and parts of two others. Length 70.1mm. The spacer is 19mm shorter, the rear plate 2mm shorter. Width 13mm at the attachment edge, 9.7mm before the knop. 14th century.
