A complete copper-alloy ear scoop dating to the Roman period. The ear scoop is flat, save for the circular spoon bowl, with a circular suspension loop, an off-centre punched circular hole, elongated neck, defined rounded shoulders and tapering body; the body tapers to a circular shallow scooped bowl with the open bowl parallel to the ear scoop body and loop. An incomplete copper-alloy Roman finger ring with a missing oval gem or enamelled oval bezel setting. Henig Type II. The remains of the finger ring consist of approximately one-third of the oval bezel and a small portion of the outer bezel and ring band, both fairly thin and flat in profile. No trace of adhesive, enamel or intaglio remain, but this ring was probably inlaid with either type. It measures 14.2mm long, 13.4mm wide, 2.5mm thick and it weighs 1.85 grams. A complete Post Medieval copper alloy jetton of Rose/Orb type. The jetton was struck in Nuremburg by Hanns Krauwinkel II, master from 1586 to his death in March 1635. The jetton has been damaged and bent, probably in situ.
Obverse: H[ANNS] KRAVWINCKEL IN N[V]R around alternating crowns and lis with central rose.
Reverse: [GOTES SE]GEN MAC[HT REICH] around Imperial Orb within tressure of three arches.
A similar jetton can be seen in Mitchiner, p.443, no.1553.

A cast copper-alloy fragment of an object, possibly a Roman umbonate disc brooch dating to the second century AD. The fragment consists of an a hemispherical middle with a circular nipple moulded at the centre; portions of surrounding protruding lugs remain, with four traces of lugs and one more intact lug fragment which is sub-triangular in plan. The reverse of the brooch is deeply concave at the centre, creating the hemispherical shape suggested above. No trace of further decoration or a hinge pin mechnism or pin remain. An incomplete cast copper-alloy object of uncertain use, probably dating from the Roman to Post Medieval period. The object consists of a tapering, flat-sectioned pin or shaft, which has a small circular loop on the widest edge of the reverse; this suggests that the object was meant to fix onto another component. The circular loop hole runs parallel to the reverse face and as there is iron corrosion in this area, it is likely that a further part of the object was composed of iron, similar to a brooch axial pin. The ferrule is a globular end-knop, attached to a curved D-shaped cross-section segment which widens at its base to a damaged, flattened and possibly hollowed fragment of the larger object. It measures 17.3mm long, the end nob is 8.61mm in diameter and it weighs 4.2 grams.

One half of a cast copper-alloy early Post Medieval toggle-clasp, probably used as a sword belt fitting, dating to c. 16th century AD. The fitting consists of a plate in the shape of a seven-lobed leaf with foliate and floriate design moulded on its outer face; a circular rivet hole is positioned at either end of the leaf-shaped plate and some iron corrosion near one rivet hole suggests that the missing rivets were composed of iron.
