A silver composite bi-convex hollow button with a wire loop on the reverse. The loop has been soldered on separately. Either side of the loop there are is a small circular perforation. There are two small dents on one side of the button. The surface is slightly tarnished. Buttons of this type have been previously reported as Treasure, for example; 2003 T361 (Ashley, 2003) and 2008 T435 (Richardson and Egan, 2008), dating to the 16th to 17th centuries.
